About the Position:

CRUSH COLLECTION AB is seeking an exceptionally skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. This is a hands-on role requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The position involves long hours and a fast-paced work environment, making it ideal for someone highly driven and fully committed to meeting demanding project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed seasonal mood boards reflecting current trends and brand identity.

• Design new product lines, from initial concepts to production-ready specifications.

• Source and recommend materials that meet quality and cost requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to revise and finalize designs.

Requirements:

• A master’s degree in fashion, design, or a closely related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, focusing on product line development.

• Proven ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

• Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is mandatory to collaborate with suppliers and production teams.

• Proficiency in English for internal and external communication.
