Your future role 👇
In your role as a Facility Assistant/Handyman, you will be responsible for keeping our meeting rooms neat, tidy and well-equipped. Quite simply, making sure that they are always in tip-top condition!
You’ll start your days off by stepping into the office and meeting your team that is made up of four nice colleagues. You will check what kind of meetings are on the agenda and structure your day around them.
Your job is about preparing the rooms so that they have chairs, tables and refreshments, and also about making sure that everything in the meeting rooms is in working order. If anything is not working, you are the one in charge of organizing this and forwarding it to the appropriate person. The premises can accommodate between 20 and 250 people, so you will work both independently and as part of a team!

We believe you are a person who likes the variety of teamwork, combined with independent work. You are also happy to use a toolbox and are able to use tools like screwdrivers and hammers. Sometimes, there will be larger events where you can assist with rigging a stage or similar tasks!
You also have a good command of Office 365. And lastly, you are comfortable with a variety of personalities and skills.

You will of course receive thorough training before we send you to work in the meeting rooms. Once you feel ready for it, you will get a large amount of responsibility where you will be expected to be independent, but will of course always have your team and a manager to turn to if you have any questions or concerns!
