What we offer:

  • Base salary of 21500dkk / month
  • Bonus of up to 3500dkk / month

  • 6% salary benefit paid out twice per year.

About the position:

We are offering positions on our Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish and Danish teams at our office in Copenhagen, where you on a daily basis will be handling calls from customers calling from these countries, needing help with anything from computers to tablets or TVs. You will become a part of a team that cares about each other and that is focused on working in the same direction. There may be times when you are required to help other customers from other Nordic countries, so it is a benefit to know multiple Nordic languages. Well-versed in English is a requirement.

The most important part of our job is ensuring high customer satisfaction. We expect you to be very patient, pedagogical, and understanding towards the issues that our customers face when it comes to technology.

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 8 am- 8 pm

Saturdays: 9 am – 5 pm

We work in shifts where you will average 37 working hours per week
