Pursuing a career can be prestigious, but life is so much more than work. Here are 9 signs that tell you to slow down. Do they apply to you?

1. When your alarm goes off in the morning you check your work mail instead of spooning your partner. Maybe you got a super important email between 12:20 am, which was when you last checked, and 6:00 am.

2. Your keyboard now consists of an orgy of breadcrumbs and salad dressing since you’ve had lunch at your desk for last three months.

3. You spend every Sunday evening in the couch with your computer to prepare for Monday morning. You don’t have time for quality time, you have a presentation tomorrow!
