Manager Contract Administration
Are you our new Manager Contract Administration for our Raw Material purchase and intermediate sales for Boliden’s smelters?
Areas of responsibility
As Manager Contract Administration you will be a member of the Raw Materials management team. You will be responsible for the contract execution processes of raw material purchase and intermediate sales. Your daily work includes contact with Boliden’s smelters, logistics, finance and IT departments as well as suppliers and customers.
Your engaged team of contract administrators are responsible for administrating copper, lead, nickel and zinc concentrates and secondary raw material purchases. The responsibility further includes the sales administration for nickel matte, PGM concentrates and various other smelter intermediates.
You will report to the Director Raw Materials and be based in Head Office in Stockholm.
Your area of responsibility will include:
- Contract execution process, including delivery and logistics performance
- Leading, Supporting and Coaching your team according to Lean principles in continuously improving the daily contract execution, logistics and support processes
- Development of your staff as a team and as individuals
- Continuous improvement and development of our processes and tools, incl. IT-systems
- KPI reporting, deviation analysis and action plans
In addition, the right candidate should be able to assume responsibilities for e.g. safety, quality, process, IT-system or other improvements initiatives or projects cross the Raw Materials Department.
Education and qualifications
You have a relevant education qualification similar to MSc level and experience from administrative operations. Proven skills in leading teams is also an essential requirement. Experience with implementation of Lean and working according to its principles, along with a good verbal and written command of the English language.
