Based out of San Diego, California, at the Miramar Innovation Center, our new Business Development team will be the latest initiative from Jobtip, which is growing explosively in Europe. We opened our doors in January 2018, and we’ve only got a few positions left open to complete our starting line up of all-stars to launch our innovative and cutting-edge talent sourcing solutions. You’ll be a member of our North American team, approaching key markets in every corner of the United States.

What We’re Looking For
- A year or more inside sales experience as an Account Manager from previous part-time or full-time roles a huge plus
- High levels of energy, motivation, and ambition – a proactive doer who loves client interactions
- Confident and street smart with a strong willingness to learn
- Strong sales interest, eager to work directly with clients in an expert advisory role
- Strong business sense and ability to negotiate to win deals
- Social skills to develop relationships with all types of people on different levels
- Computer and social media competency is a must
- Thrive on driving sales initiatives
- Be a real “closer”
- Enjoy building professional relationships
- Excel at managing customer satisfaction
- Possess the ability to help develop business solutions
- Successful track record and relevant work experience is not required, but highly desirable.
